Stop Starving Yourself Before Holiday Dinners

I know the thought process: “If I don’t eat all day, I’ll save calories so I can eat more tonight.”
But listen… that’s the fastest way to show up starving, lose control, eat way past comfortable, and then feel guilty after. And you do NOT deserve that cycle.

Because kipping meals does NOT help you “save calories.” It actually slows your metabolism, spikes your hunger, and makes your cravings ten times stronger. By the time dinner starts, your body isn’t thinking about mindfulness… it’s thinking SURVIVE.

So instead of starving yourself all day, try this instead:
Eat your normal meals. Have a balanced breakfast. Don’t skip lunch. Add protein, fiber, and healthy fats so you go into dinner calm, satisfied, and in control.

You’ll actually enjoy the food MORE because you’re not fighting extreme hunger.

The holidays are meant to be enjoyed, not survived.
You don’t need to punish yourself before you even sit down at the table.
Fuel your body, trust yourself, and show up ready to enjoy the night instead of battling a starving brain.

Happy Thanksgiving! ❤️
