Rick Olderman is a sports and orthopedic physical therapist with more than 25 years experience. He specializes in helping people with chronic pain experience a pain-free life. He will share with us how our habits or our neurological tension patterns cause chronic pain. He also shares some quick and easy tests to find chronic pain in the body. There are also exercises he recommends that can ease pain when it comes to weight loss.
